HOW TO USE YOUR ZEN KIT
A cleansing ceremony with sage, palo santo, and selenite involves using each element's unique properties—sage to clear negative energy, palo santo to invite blessings, and selenite to purify and amplify positive energy

1. Prepare your space: Open a window to allow for fresh air to circulate and carry away stagnant energy. Consider placing your selenite crystal in a central location in your home to purify the energy, or hold it with you during the ceremony.
2. Set your intention: Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths to center yourself. State your intention for the cleansing ceremony aloud, focusing on what you want to invite into your space, such as peace, positivity, or healing.
3. Smudge with sage: Light the end of the sage bundle until it ignites, then gently blow out the flame so it smolders. To cleanse your space: Walk clockwise through your home, wafting the smoke into corners with your hand or a feather, while stating your intentions.
4. Smudge with Palo Santo: After letting the negative energy clear your space, close your windows and smudge with Palo Santo in the same manner as the sage.
5. Feel the Cleanse: Keep the selenite in your home or to maintain a cleansing and purifying effect after the ceremony is complete. It can be helpful to place the selenite near the entrance to your space to act as a cleanse for those coming in.
